Terminal Scape
A downloadable game for Windows
Concept: The game is a 2d, top down, rogue-lite rpg in which the player is tasked with breaking into a network and battling security systems in order to steal data. The network is represented by a series of rooms with several terminals, interacting with which will start a combat event. The combat event is a turn based battle where the player and the enemy take turns playing abilities against each other until one party's Health Points reach 0. Upon victory, the player is awarded with a preset "data package" which can contain either an ability, ability upgrade, or a stat upgrade, and allow entrance into the next room. Entering the next room will increase enemy health and bandwidth. Upon player death, their stats and ability stack, as well as enemy difficulty are reset to the last save point.
